What’s up with the name? I launched Bloomin’ Pissed with pro-choice t-shirts when Roe v. Wade was overturned in 2022. For every t-shirt sold, I donate $5 to Planned Parenthood. I hoped our recent election would make the name of this business irrelevant, but no such luck.

I sell other things, too. My products are designed with images of my original watercolor and acrylic paintings, which are inspired by Northern California’s Napa Valley. This work reminds me that the simple pleasures we take for granted one day may be gone the next. Here I express the duality of life—both beauty and bullshit—and by doing so, I end up with a surplus of joy.
